Hills Dental Centre was established by Dr. Bernard Tellez, DDS, in 2000 when he sold a lucrative practice
in St. Louis to move to Ozark, Missouri. FHDC prides itself on its advanced
technology and wide range of services. Since its arrival in Ozark, FHDC

Bernard
Tellez, DDS, has practiced dentistry for over thirty years. He was born and
raised in Burbank, California, and received his dental training from the St.
Louis University School of Dentistry. After practicing several years in St.
Louis, Dr. Tellez moved his practice to Ozark, Missouri, and opened Fremont
Hills Dental Centre. At FHDC, Dr. Tellez seeks to provide quality dental care
for Ozark and the surrounding areas while constantly staying abreast with the
ever changing advancement of dental technology.
Dr. Tellez is a member of IAO Orthodontics, the American Dental Association, the
Missouri State Dental Association, the Greater Springfield Dental Association,
and the Ozark Chamber of Commerce.
We are proud of our FHDC staff. In addition to Dr. Tellez, our licensed dentist, we employ two dental hygienists, six dental assistants, two office assistants, an office manager, and an insurance clerk. Our dental assistants are clinically certified, and our hygienists are licensed by the state of Missouri. We are extremely proud of our highly qualified staff members.
