Our favorite procedure at FHDC is Invisalign. Invisalign offers our patients a beautiful, straight smile without the wires and brackets of traditional orthodontic methods. Invisalign is a clear plastic insert that when placed in your mouth begins to move and straighten your teeth.
1. Schedule
an appointment with Dr. Tellez
He will begin your initial consultation. During the consultation,
he will provide you with an overview of how Invisalign works, the
approximate time your case needs, and answer any questions you may have.
2. Map
out the treatment plan
The staff at FHDC will take impressions of your teeth, and Dr.
Tellez will begin to develop a computerized treatment plan for your case.
The impressions will be used to make your customized Invisalign trays.
3. Wear
your aligner trays
You will wear your aligner trays both day and night. You will take
them out to eat, brush, and floss. Approximately every two weeks, you will
switch trays. Dr. Tellez's staff will make regular appointments so he can
track your progress. The average Invisalign treatment is
about one year.
